GDPR is the Regulation on the protection of individuals with regard to personal data processing and the free movement of such data (2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016) and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC General Data Protection). GDPR was published in the Official Journal of the European Union L119 / May 4th 2016, entered into force on May 25th 2016 and is applicable from May 25th 2018 throughout the European Union. The GDPR contains a set of rules designed to give citizens more control over the data they are able to identify.
1. Data collected
Personal Data may include the following:
First and last name ;
email address ;
login and password;
type of organization (company, school, university, etc.), name of the organization, size of the organization, department and position title;
any other Personal Data that may be relevant for the purposes set out below.
In any event, however, the Personal Data collected shall be limited to the data necessary for the purposes set out in Article 2 below.
Certain features of the Site can only be used if you provide SKILFI with certain personal data: matching algorithm, integrated videoconferencing space, personalized advice and other additional services.
You are free to provide or not your Personal Data.
2. For what purpose are your data collected?
SKILFI informs you of the purposes of each processing of your personal data at the time of collection of your data.
This is particularly the case when:
you fill in a contact form to contact a SKILFI mentor;
if you want to become a SKILFI mentor;
if you book a Service online;
if you decide to subscribe to one of our newsletters;
A description of the purposes of the processing operations is provided to you at the time you provide your Personal Data so that you clearly understand the purposes for which we use them.
SKILFI undertakes to process your personal data in strict compliance with the purposes described to you. The latter were brought to the attention of our Data Protection Officer, who entered them in his processing register.
SKILFI will never use your personal data for any other purpose.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act, SKILFI informs you about the processing of personal data that it carries out.

the identity of the controller and, where applicable, the representative of the controller;

SKILFI only communicates your personal data to authorised and clearly defined recipients.
The recipients of your data are the relevant departments of SKILFI, as well as, where applicable, the authorised staff of partner companies or service providers.

SKILFI only keeps your data for the duration necessary for the operations for which they were collected and in compliance with the legislation in force.
