SKILFI offers professional support services for companies, individuals and job seekers, in person, by videoconference or a combination of both.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1- I am an individual (my approach is not supported by my company):
– Consult the list of Coaches for individuals
– Access their agenda
– Book and pay for your online session
– Find your coach by videoconference using your computer, tablet or mobile
– Manage your reservations in your private “My Appointments” area

2- I am an HR manager or employee of a company (my approach can be covered by my company):

– Create for free or access your account on “My Account” in the menu “Enterprises”
– Consult and book your service
– Your order will be validated by your manager before payment
– Manage your appointments with your coach in your private “My appointments” area

“MY APPOINTMENTS” MENU?
Accessible to all, it allows you to manage the sessions you book in a coach’s agenda.

A Skilfi account is created automatically when you book your first session in a coach’s schedule.

Your login details are sent to you by email, you can change them by logging into your account on the My Appointments / Login menu.

This data will never be communicated to third parties.

“ENTREPRISES / MY ACCOUNT” MENU?
You are an employee of a company (HR, employee, manager…), you can create an account for free to access Skilfi offers specially designed for companies.

You must indicate your first and last name, a valid email address, a valid telephone number and the Siret number of your company (not required). This data will never be communicated to third parties.

WHY DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE MY EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER?
When booking a session or ordering a service on our website, you will receive a confirmation email confirming the date and time of your appointment with your Coach and his contact details. Your telephone number will allow the Coach to contact you if necessary related to the service. Your personal data will never be communicated to third parties.

I AM A COMPANY, CAN I ORDER A SERVICE FOR MY EMPLOYEES?
You are a company and you wish to subscribe to our Services for the employees of your company? Take advantage of our SaaS solution with a dedicated space for your company: Companies/My account

Consult our company rates and invite your employees to book their program. Track their bookings and manage your expenses.

HOW IS THE PAYMENT OF A SKILFI SERVICE FOR INDIVIDUALS MADE?
You are a private individual (you finance your coaching), you pay directly for your service for the session or the package of your choice. Payment is made online through secure payment systems: Paypal or Stripe available on Skilfi.

HOW IS THE PAYMENT OF A SERVICE FOR COMPANIES MADE?
You are a company, you pay for your services according to the contract previously concluded with Skilfi or according to our “pro” general conditions. You can pay for your services online or by bank transfer: more information

WHO ARE THE SKILFI COACHES & MENTORS?
Our consultants are professionals. They have a solid experience in professional or personal support. They are selected by SKILFI according to demanding criteria: knowledge of the job market, knowledge of recruitment and related processes, management experience, experience in skills assessment…

Each consultant is in regular contact with SKILFI and our evaluation system allows us to ensure an effective follow-up of the Service they deliver.

Our Coaches & Mentors have all been selected on the basis of interviews and after checking their references.

I WOULD LIKE TO BECOME A SKILFI COACH OR MENTOR, HOW DO I DO IT?
Contact our team, who will arrange an interview with our consulting department.

HOW CAN I EVALUATE THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY MY CONSULTANT OR COACH?
At the end of each Service, SKILFI sends you an evaluation questionnaire by email for the service you have received. We read all comments, respond to them and take them into account

I AM A PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL AND I WANT TO POSTPONE MY SESSION, HOW DO I DO IT?
It is very flexible, you can change the date and time of your individual session up to 1 hour before its start time. You contact your Coach directly by email or phone and arrange your new appointment together.

I AM AN EMPLOYEE OF A COMPANY AND I WANT TO POSTPONE MY SESSION, HOW DO I DO IT?
You can change the date and time of your individual session up to 48 hours before its start time. You contact your Coach or Consultant directly by email or phone and arrange your new appointment together.

I WISH TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION, HOW DO I DO IT?

1- You are an individual, you can cancel your individual session up to 48 hours before its start time by logging into your “My Appointments” area and clicking on the “Cancel” button.

SKILFI will then refund your order in full directly to your bank account.

2- If you are a job seeker or an employee of a company, our cancellation conditions depend on our agreement, contact our support team on +33 (0)1 71 19 41 91.

WHY SKILFI?
Our name is inspired by the word “Skill” which means competence. The “fi”, on the other hand, recalls the second part of the word “wifi”. It refers to the digital aspect of the platform. The name SKILFI therefore aims to highlight both the flexibility of the service and the quality of the services as well as the skills transmitted to the beneficiaries.
