  • The first exchange coach/employee validates their ability to work together
  • A tripartite meeting can be set up between the coach, the HR manager and the employee to set the objectives of the service
  • Planning and running of the sessions: the duration of the sessions and the conditions for the distance running of the coaching are defined with the coach.
